The Sophomore Finance Academy, or SFA for short, is a public academy focused exclusively on finance behaviorals, networking, and recruitment training. For the past decade, GFG has been the center of extracurricular finance activities—this in-house development program has been a cornerstone of our organization, backed by the CMC and the larger Goizueta administration. SFA will be taught by our respective Chair(s) who also serve on the GFG Board.
Sessions will be hosted weekly from 5:30 - 6:30, with exceptions. Attendance at +4 sessions of the program is mandatory for sophomores interested in the CMC NYC Sophomore Investment Banking Trek. This event is targetted towards sophomores, but freshmen may attend.
